I’m Carla Marcos López. Before becoming a clinical hypnotherapist, I built my career across demanding environments — law, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical corporate world. From the outside, everything looked accomplished and in control. But like many high-performing professionals, I know what it feels like when achievement keeps moving forward, while your inner energy quietly runs low. If that resonates, you’re not alone.

Like many of the people I now help—leaders, high-performers, business owners, creatives—I didn't need more advice or motivation.
